Job Description:

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Gurus as Biometric Company, has pivotal role in ensuring compliance and market approval for our innovative products. Responsibilities include strategizing regulatory pathways, preparing submissions, and liaising with regulatory authorities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting and staying up to date with regulatory guidelines and requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards.
  • Preparing and submitting applications for product approvals, licenses, and permits.
  • Reviewing and approving product labelling, packaging, and promotional materials for compliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in regulatory affairs, regulatory science, or related field may be preferred by some employers.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong problem solving, project management, and research skills.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines in the industry, including regulations from agencies like the FDA, EMA, and other regional regulatory bodies.

Senior-level Statistical Programmer

Description

Gurus team is currently looking for a seasoned Senior Statistical Programmer, who will provide statistical programming activities for the data preparation and analysis of clinical data. The programmer is responsible for creating all datasets, tables, listings, and figures according to the project specifics and implementing all programming required for study/project completion.

Job responsibilities

  • Documented, tracked, and resolved issues such as data issues, timeline issues, and statistical methodology issues in support of clinical studies.
  • Performed statistical procedures with t-test, chi-square test, survival analysis, linear analysis utilizing PROC PHREG, PROC LIFETEST, PROC GLM, PROC MIXED, PROC NPAR1WAY, and PROC TTEST.
  • Developed and enhanced SAS macros for statistical analysis output generation.
  • Produced tables, listings, and figures according to SAP and Data Specifications.
  • Provide guidance and technical assistance to the team to ensure timely completion of work, review team’s work, evaluate their performance.
  • Independently interact directly with Biostatisticians, Data Management, Programmers, and Clinical Development staff and management as the lead programmer.
  • Provide performance evaluation feedback for SAS programmers working on projects.
  • Provide reports to Biostatistics management on the status of statistical programs and outputs.
  • Keep management informed of project status in relation to quality, timelines and/or performance issues.
  • Communicated effectively within a multi-disciplinary project team to prioritize the assigned missions and complete assigned tasks on time.

Required qualifications

  • 3+ years of SAS Base experience developing, configuring, and administering SAS solutions.
  • Good working knowledge of CDISC SDTM and ADaM Implementation Guidelines.
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Flexibility in working with various time zone differences

Description

Gurus team is currently looking for a seasoned Junior Statistical Programmer, who will provide statistical programming activities for the data preparation and analysis of clinical data. The programmer is responsible for creating all datasets, tables, listings, and figures according to the project specifics and implementing all programming required for study/project completion.

Job responsibilities

  • Perform data conversion between datasets with two different formats according to conversion requirements/specifications.
  • Convert from Excel data records to SAS datasets, non-CDISC compliant datasets to CDISC compliant datasets.
  • Assist in developing SDTM data mapping.
  • Program SDTM and ADaM datasets according to the approved dataset.
  • Generate complete and accurate statistical tables, listings, and graphics (TLGs) in accordance with Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) and well-defined formats.
  • Develop and test SAS programming codes for clinical trial database logical checks and data reports for ongoing data review.
  • Perform SDTM CRF annotation (aCRF) or QC activities on aCRFs generated by others.

Required qualifications

  • At least 1 year of working experience as a Junior SAS Programmer
  • Working knowledge of intermediate SAS functions that can be applied immediately to support job requirements.
  • Knowledge of basic skills to support the use of SPSS, STATA, or R, desirable
  • Survey research background and knowledge are preferred.
